My naturopathic consultations take a whole-person approach to your health concerns. Together, we explore your symptoms, history, lifestyle, and goals so we can create a treatment plan tailored just for you.

Your plan may include nutritional guidance, herbal medicine, supplements, lifestyle adjustments, and recommendations for functional testing if needed.

I can help with:

  • Stress, anxiety, low mood, and fatigue

Consultations are available in clinic or via telehealth. Practitioner-only supplements are prescribed online and posted directly to you.
