ABOUT ME

Growing up in the Blue Mountains has instilled in me a deep appreciation and affinity with nature. My curiosity about health led me to explore the impact that our physical activities, nutrition, and social connections have on our overall well-being. As a result, my passion for nature unfolded into a study of environmental management after high school. However, my experience in the field became extremely stressful, leaving me exhausted. That’s when I realised that in order to preserve and advocate for the environment, I had to learn how to take care of myself first.

During my backpacking journey across Australia, the powerful energy around Uluru and Kata Tjuta, the kindness of international tourists, and the resilience of our land taught me that true healing comes from within. That’s why I formalized my study in natural health, which gave me the tools to heal myself while embracing sustainable living.

With an applied science degree in natural health, my work is now dedicated to assisting others in overcoming their health challenges. This balance of science and traditional knowledge allows me to honor my values while using the medicinal properties of nature to help others.

Wherever I live, I seek that connection to nature and promote that as a healing element to all my clients.

This combined approach offers a holistic and effective solution for addressing a wide range of musculoskeletal issues and promoting overall well-being.

What is Cold Laser Treatment?

Cold laser treatment, also known as low-level laser therapy (LLLT), is a non-invasive medical procedure that uses low-intensity lasers or light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to stimulate healing and reduce pain and inflammation. This safe and painless therapy promotes tissue repair by targeting specific areas of concern within the body, increasing blood flow, and encouraging the body’s natural healing processes.

Cold laser treatment is versatile, making it widely utilized in healthcare for managing various conditions, from chronic pain to tissue injuries.
